Statutory rights
No clause in the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
We respect your privacy rights and will only use any personal information you give us lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
Ordering
We accept orders by:

Delivery
We may take up to 3 working days to dispatch your order.
Standard UK mainland delivery is £3.99, but this increases for orders 20Kg+ to reflect our increased costs.
If ordering 20Kg or more of lavender you may wish to choose "non-urgent" in the delivery menu to keep down costs, otherwise items are sent by next day courier or first class post in most cases.
UK Highlands & Islands (excluding Channel Islands, see below) - higher delivery charges on larger items reflect higher courier charges to these postcodes:
BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20to49, PA60to78, PH17to26, PH30to44, PH49to50, PO30to40, TR21to25, ZE, LL58to62 and LL64to78. Delivery may take a day or two longer to these addresses.
Please place items you would like to buy into the shopping cart for a delivery quote within the UK.
Channel Islands (JE and GY) - please email us for a delivery quote.
Overseas customers including Republic of Ireland
We only accept online orders from UK customers. If you are in the EC, please email us for a delivery quote.
Payment
We accept payment online using most UK credit/debit cards or PayPal.
We are happy to accept payment by cheque or postal order, please post us your order including pack size and quantity, contact details and add £3.99 P&P (higher postage may apply to orders of 20Kg+, please see Delivery section). Please make cheques payable to Daisy Gifts Ltd. We may wait until the cheque has cleared before posting the goods. See Contact Us for postal address.
Returns - cooling off period - cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen days after receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and the cost of return delivery. Subject to this, we would normally expect to refund the full price of the ordered goods.
If you do wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Damaged or wrongly supplied goods
Please notify us within three working days of receipt of your order if any of the goods have been damaged or wrongly supplied. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge and will rectify any problems with the order as quickly as possible. Damaged goods may be subject to return.
Product suitability
Lavender oil is used for a wide variety of purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it is used appropriately. In particular you should read the safety information on the labels and consult an appropriately qualified authority (e.g. an aromatherapist) if in any doubt.
Complaints
We are confident that you will have no cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products or service, but if there are any problems please let us know and we will try to resolve matters quickly and fairly.
